Lando Calrissian bestowed refuge to Han Solo and his retinue. Han had misgivings something was amiss. Lando consigned the rebels to the vicious Darth Vader, having no other choice. This chagrined Han Solo who deemed his old friend a traitor. Lando will later be a pivotal figure though, vying for the cause of the rebels. Lando had high position on Cloud City. A haunt deemed secure by Han. Lando used to be the owner of the Millenium Falcon.
