Obi-Wan was the apprentice of Qui-Gonn Jinn. He voiced his skepticism about Anakin being trained. However, he invoked the pledge he made to Qui-Gonn to Yoda. Obi-Wan became the master of Anakin. As old, he encountered Luke, providing him some tuition pertaining to the Force. Obi-Wan would face Darth Vader in duel. He revealed himself to Luke, instructing him to enlist the aid of Yoda who resided on Dagobah. Luke was admonished by Obi-Wan about being tempted by the dark side. Obi-Wan unveiled that Luke had a twin sister. Luke surmised it was Leia. Obi-Wan admonished that the emperor could exploit Luke's feelings, endeavouring to make him succumb to the dark side.
