Jabba the Hut

Jabba the Hut is a sordid being resorting shady doings. He desires to get hold of Han Solo. Hence, he enlists the aid of a bounty hunter. Jabba managed to take people captive. The retinue managed to break itself free though due to Luke's preparations. Luke cautioned that Jabba would face his demise shouldn't he grant them release. This transpires as Leia strangulates the creature. Jabba can not be influenced by the Force, being headstrong. Jabba was present at the pod race in which Anakin participated. This transpired in the prequel triology.
